\nThe Franco-German University is a specialised agency established by the Government of the Federal Republic of Germany and the Government of the French Republic by the Weimar Agreement of 19 September 1997. The Franco-German University shall possess juridical personality. All clauses of the Articles 3, 4, 7, 9 and 31(a) of the Convention on the Privileges and Immunities of Specialized Agencies approved by the General Assembly of the United Nations on 21 November 1947 shall apply to it.<\/p>\n
