PhD Training in NutriOx Network

As a strong common research interest into natural substances and (their effects on) intracellular redox processes in Health and Disease exists at Saarland University on the one side, and the University of Burgundy on the other. It is natural that partners from the two Universities join forces to bring together their ideas, methods and experiences. The Atelier “NutriOx 2” will serve as a platform for meeting new colleagues and exchanging ideas (in the form of short lectures, poster sessions, free discussions), but also as catalyst for future co-operations (discussed in the four topical discussion fora). It will showcase internationally leading research by renowned external experts (lectures), serve as training module for PhD students, Postdocs and some undergraduates and – once more – will put Dijon and Saarbruecken on the map as leading centres for research into products derived from nutritional materials.
