The research guidance of the Franco-German University (FGU) informs you about the funded Franco-German academic events, PhD track programmes and the graduate schools of the FGU.
The research guidance shows the broad spectrum of cooperation programmes between France and Germany. If you are interested in a specific graduate school, please contact the programme director at the respective partner university directly.
The FGU is currently supporting around 150 doctoral candidates on the cotutelle programme.
With “Thèse en ligne”, the FGU offers insight into the wide spectrum of cotutelles successfully completed between France and Germany and thus increases their visibility.
The overview is regularly updated. We would be happy to receive an abstract of your cotutelle dissertation at the following address: firstname.lastname@example.org.
Please send your information as a Word or Open Office document on up to three pages (file size less than 6 MB). If possible, the abstract should be in two of the following three languages: German, French, English.
The ABG-FGU is a joint project of the Franco-German University (FGU) and the Bernard Gregory Association (ABG) aimed at accompanying and supporting French and German PhD graduates as they start their working life.
For companies and PhD graduates, the ABG provides a much-used job pool and an applicant database with international candidates from all disciplines. The ABG assists PhD graduates in the professional drafting of their applications and offers specific support programmes that prepare them for the recruitment process.
