The aim is to give the opportunity to young students and scientists to make their first presentation in an Internal Conference and start to meet with potential employers: academic as well as industrial. It will be also a unique opportunity to have an overview on the hottest topic on Glass and Glass technology. On side of the annual meeting of the two glass societies round table discussions will be proposed to students to inform them more specifically on available training on glass and work opportunities.
